ITINERARY: Pick up from your San Pedro hotel or arranged location. Today we visit a unique place in the world: El Valle de la Luna, the ‘Valley of the Moon’, in the middle of the arid salt mountain range. It is a landscape of salt and clay that has been shaped by water and wind over millions of years. In our journey we enjoy the beauty of the extravagant forms of the multiple mountain ranges, setting our imagination on fire and giving us pause for reflection. As we spend the afternoon, we go into ‘Valle de la Muerte’ or ‘Valle de Marte’, Death Valley, and from there we enjoy one of the best views of the Andes and its volcanoes. Finally, we finish the day by watching a vibrant sunset that gives us a wonderfully colorful end to our tour. Return to your hotel.
